Hand Forged Deba, made with 5160 carbon steel. Blade has single bevel on right side, and slight hollow grind on the left for cleaner cuts. Handle is Sika antler and Totara burl. Knife is 300gm and blade is 17cm from tip to heel. This is a right handed knife.
This knife is mostly only used for filleting fish. The mass of the knife, and the curved edge make for effortless cuts when processing large fish.
